Robert Fletcher spent several years growing up in Alaska with his mother, stepfather and two brothers. Alaska was first established as a Russian Territory and still today has a strong Russian influence. In the town Robert lived in there were Russian Orthodox Churches in every neighborhood; his school mascot name was the Cossacks Warriors.

When he was 14, Robert started to work in the fish cannery and had his own leather crafts business. When he was 16, he went to live with his father in the state of Washington finishing high school and working at McDonalds for minimum wage. Robert went to a big sales seminar with a thousand people and saw a successful sales trainer that claimed he earned a million dollars per year traveling the world teaching people how to make money. Then he asked his father if he could teach him how to become a millionaire. His father replied: "No I can't because I am not a millionaire. Only millionaires can teach other people to become millionaires. But I have contacts with other people who can."

Robert remembered this lesson. Only the person who has a million dollars can teach others how to get the same. Robert reached the millionaire level himself with the help of millionaire mentors and his formula Time, Money, Contacts, Skills/Abilities, Credibility and now teaches others the secrets of millionaires.

And he really has lots of experience and knowledge to share. He has 25-year experience in sales and marketing, 20 years in advertising, investing in stocks, business, real estate, during 10 years he was a National Sales Director of the USA, along with this he has been a consultant and adviser for a number of big American companies and made more than 2000 seminars and training.

Out of a mere coincidence Ukrainian entrepreneurs met Robert and found out who he is.
